Things You Need To Know
When Booking
- You will be asked personal questions like basic income and expenses during your booking.
- Hampers are booked on scheduled availability.
- You can access a hamper every 2 months with emergency hampers every 3 weeks in between the regular hampers.
- Make sure to arrive for your appointment on time to pick up your hamper.

Fridays - 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

You can get an emergency food hamper by calling the hamper line at 780-208-6002, by email at vegrevillefoodbank@gmail.com, or online vfb.link2feed.ca. Please ensure you have your basic information ready to provide when booking your appointment.
The regular food hampers will last approximately 7 days. This depends on the household and the items included. Also, take into account how many members are in your household.
- Contact us and schedule your appointment to pick up your hamper.
- Bring your ID and health care cards or ID for each member of your family when you arrive.
- Pick up your hamper at 5129 52 Avenue, Vegreville, AB. We have recently moved and are now located next to Pot of Gold.
- Ensure that you arrive on time.

- If you arrive late, you may need to wait until the next available time slot opens up.
Yes, you need to book a appointment to pick up your hamper. Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate walk-ins for food hampers.
Bring the following items when you come to pick up your food hamper:
- ID for yourself
- Government-issued ID for all the members of your family, including children. This can be a health care card or birth certificate for children.
